Location is fantastic. It's right next to Costco and an easy drive to several popular Chinese restaurants and grocery stores in Markham. It's a bit more of a drive, however, to tourist locations in downtown, especially when there is traffic. The breakfast area is quite small, but at least it's free. Parking is also not too hard to find. The staff are friendly. I would stay here again.
Overall stay was okay—room was clean and service was fine, nothing special. But the location is great if you want easy access to Chinese restaurants and shops nearby. That convenience definitely made the trip smoother. Good for a short stay if you're in the area.
From check in to check out and anything in between like the room, bed, jetted tub, the swimming pool, breakfast and after hour hot water and coffee counter all good.
Very clean and modern room! Staff was very kind and helpful! Easy check in to get us to our room quickly. Nice to have the free breakfast option. The breakfast area was clean and always well stocked - employees were constantly walking around making sure to tidy things up and replace anything that was going low. Highly recommend this hotel as a comfortable place to stay in the area.
The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. I really liked that they have a glass shower instead of a bathtub — everything looked newly renovated and very clean. The absence of carpet floors is a big plus. Housekeeping was excellent and always on time. Breakfast was decent. It’s a small hotel with great, friendly staff. Highly recommended!
This hotel is located near the Pearson airport (10- 15 min drive). The rooms are spacious and cleaned. Their daily breakfast are delicious (Maple syrup pancakes with sausages)
Great time. We were there for a hockey tournament. The sitting area off the lobby was a nice place for parents to hang out at night. Parents were respectful and drank responsibly. The staff were considerate and didn't even mention anything about alcohol. I think they have it right, if you can be respectful then carry on. I'd recommend this place for any teams looking for a tournament hotel.
Great place to stay if you are in Markham. Pretty close to Toronto & Mississauga. Great customer service. I was checked in by Rabhya. She was very profession and friendly. She made sure my stay was pleasant. On a business trip i stayed here for a 1 night stay. This is a very clean, very safe & very quiet location. Rooms are good size. Close by to many restaurants. They have good breakfast. I would highly recommend this place.
